Ok so My wonderful husband bought me a camera for our anniversary 2 years ago. It is a Canon Rebel XT and last year he bought me a 75mm-300mm lens for it as well. I love taking pictures but when I got this camera I was like

How in the world do I use this thing?

I read the owner's manual, and re-read the owner's manual, then bought a field guide and have subscribed to I don't know how many digital photography forums, blogs and sites; but still I am confused at times using my camera, am I alone? I think I can take decent photographs most of the time and sometimes I suprise myself and take a photograph that I think is really good, but those really do take me by suprise and I have no idea how to recreate it.

SO now, why I have I decided to write my own photography blog when there are so many others out there? Well simple, I want to, lol, and I am hoping that if I actually write about my photography adventures and experiments that I might find some other people out there who are just like me, trying to figure out how to use a really cool piece of equipment to the best of it's ability, and maybe just maybe I will figure something out and be able to share it with someone who is reading this and help them learn how to use their camera too. Anyway, welcome to my Blog and here's to hoping that I don't sound like a completely crazy woman.
